If you’re unsure whether I handle a specific project, just ask. I’ll let you know honestly — and if it’s outside my scope, I’ll help connect you with the right professional.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form on my contact page or just give me a call/text 719-231-0504

  • Absolutely not.

I’ve heard far too many stories from homeowners and business owners who paid 50% or more upfront, only to have the contractor disappear or never finish the job. That’s not how I operate.

Here’s how I handle payments instead:

    • We agree on the scope of work in writing (usually via text or email)

    • I come out and complete the job 100%

    • Once the work is finished, I send an invoice

    • Payment is due only after the job is complete

The only cost that may happen before the job is materials — and even then, I never charge for them directly. Most of the time, I:

    • Create an online cart for you

    • You approve it and pay

    • I pick up the materials on your behalf before starting the job

This keeps everything transparent and ensures you’re only paying for work that’s actually been completed.

My goal is simple: you feel confident, protected, and satisfied with the work before any payment is made.

  • I keep payments simple and straightforward.

    • No upfront payment — you only pay after the job is 100% complete

    • No extra charges for materials — you pay materials at cost, with full transparency

    • Once the job is finished, I’ll send a Square invoice directly to your email

    • You can pay securely online using credit, debit or even cashapp if you prefer.

Everything is handled after the work is done so you can feel confident knowing you’re paying for completed, quality work — not promises.

If you ever have questions about an invoice, I’m happy to walk through it with you.

  • Pricing is based on the exact scope of work for each project. Every job is different, and cost depends on the time, complexity, and materials involved.

My minimum repair charge is $150, with pricing increasing based on what the job requires.

I want to be upfront: I am not the cheapest option. If you’re comparing prices, you may find people willing to work for less — including individuals offering services out of a truck or parking lot. They may beat my prices, but they don’t offer the same level of professionalism, protection, or accountability.

When you hire me, you’re paying for:

    • Years of hands-on experience

    • Licensed and insured work

    • Clear communication and written agreements

    • No upfront payment

    • Quality repairs done correctly and safely

If you’re looking for the lowest possible price, I may not be the right fit — and that’s okay. If you’re looking for reliable, professional work you can trust, I’d be happy to help.

  • Emergency services apply to any work needed before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.

If you have an emergency, the best way to reach me is to:

    1. Call first

    2. If I don’t answer, follow up with a text

I do my best to keep my phone nearby at all times, but because I’m often working on active jobs, I can’t guarantee immediate availability.

If I’m able to take on your emergency request during those hours, the minimum emergency service charge is $275, with final pricing depending on the scope of work.

Emergency services are reserved for situations that truly need immediate attention, and I’ll always be honest about whether I can safely and reasonably help at that time — or if another solution may be better.

  • I’m based in Monument, Colorado, and I primarily serve the surrounding Front Range communities.

I regularly work in and around:

    • Monument

    • Colorado Springs

    • Fountain

    • Manitou Springs

    • Peyton

    • Castle Rock

    • Larkspur
      …and many nearby areas.

There is no trip fee for most jobs in and around these locations. For areas farther out, I’m still happy to help — there may simply be a travel fee depending on distance and scheduling.

The best way to know for sure is to reach out and ask. If I’m already in your area for a commercial job or nearby project, I may be able to waive the travel fee.

I’m always upfront and transparent about service areas and any travel costs before scheduling.
